‍ The House

The ground floor, with numerous windows and several sliding doors, has beautiful natural light. Thanks to the spacious layout and various seating areas, there is a place for everyone to relax. On the terrace side there is a modern kitchen with a spacious cooking island with induction hob, dishwasher and sink. A sleek cupboard wall offers sufficient storage space, including two pharmacy cabinets, built-in oven and microwave and an American refrigerator.
Adjacent to this is the utility room. The indoor/outdoor bar offers an attractive view of the surroundings, allowing you to stay in touch with your guests. A guest toilet is located centrally in the house.
On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms and a multifunctional small room. The master bedroom with balcony offers a breathtaking view of the rising sun behind Table Mountain and a partial view of the Spanish Water.
There is a separate guest/office space under the house. The house has three luxurious bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

The Outdoors

The outdoor areas have been carefully designed for optimal living enjoyment. With a partly covered terrace near the kitchen that overlooks Table Mountain, there is plenty of room for a large dining table and to enjoy with friends. The spacious swimming pool is centrally located next to the house and has a large pool deck and a palapa.

Accessibility and Amenities

The villa is accessible via two large entrance gates and a pedestrian gate. This means there is sufficient parking for several cars at the front and side of the plot. In addition, the garden has already been completely landscaped with large palm trees and tropical plants. In addition to the swimming pool installation, the deep well has also been installed in the pool house. This provides irrigation for the garden.
