The sleek contours of this modern tropical villa are perfectly balanced with warm materials. Such as thick wooden posts and clear lacquered hardwood doors and windows. The main house with the best views is on the first floor. An independent studio and a complete apartment have been created on the ground floor. Layout

A well-equipped kitchen with a spacious cooking island with dining area is centrally located in the spacious upstairs apartment. Adjacent is a cozy TV/lounge area. Wide French doors provide a seamless connection with the porch and offer a view from the kitchen of the swimming pool, the palapa, and beyond, the neighborhood and the sea. On the porch there is a dining table with room for 8 people and a large lounge area. Between the porch and the palapa is a luxurious saltwater/magnesium swimming pool. Under the palapa there is a lounge area where you can sit and enjoy the wind.
The central kitchen is connected indoors to the hall, which provides access to 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom and toilet, and a master bedroom with separate bathroom, toilet and walk-in closet. There is a separate toilet for visitors.
All this is on the 1st floor, hence the beautiful view.

The hall also provides access to the stairwell, allowing you to reach the ground floor indoors. A spacious apartment has been created at the front, with a large kitchen/sitting room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet and storage cupboards. There is also a room with pantries and a washing machine room. At the rear is a spacious studio with kitchen, living/bedroom with toilet and shower.

Palapa

The attractive palapa has a cozy large lounge sofa to relax on. The view is on the one hand of the sea and on the other hand of the swimming pool and the porch. Adjacent is a sun deck with an outdoor shower.

Garden

There is a beautiful tropical garden at both the front and the back of the villa, tastefully landscaped with palm trees, plants and planters. There is also parking space for several cars at the front. The back is ideal for seating and useful for drying laundry, for example. There's plenty of room. There is an electric slider gate in the half-height wall on the street side.

Location

The luxurious Vista Royal district is located in the southeast of Jan Thiel, between the sea and the Spanish Water. The beautiful natural environment with a rolling character is a great attraction for hikers and mountain bikers who enjoy the view of the Jan Thiel salt pans and the open sea while exercising.
The popular Papagayo Beach and Zanzibar are within walking distance. This tourist part of the Jan Thiel coast offers many facilities: a modern gym, a wellness center, a stylish casino, a diving school and so on. You can do your shopping on foot at a supermarket with a Dutch-oriented range. There are also shops and several restaurants and bars .

Vista Royal is only 10 minutes by car from Mambo Beach Boulevard and 15 to 20 minutes from the historic center of Willemstad. The airport can be reached in approximately 40 minutes .
